Every patient treated in hospital will be given unique MRN(Medical Record Number) which is useful in tracking visits of patients.


Out Patient Management

TrooCare assigns MRN (Medical Record Number) to patients and tracks all the medical procedures and medicines prescribed and administered throughout the life of the patient, thereby creating a complete medical history of all the patients


IPD Management

MRN (Medical Record number)generated against patients, links all the IP Visits against him.This provides for Physician to easily evaluate patient’s progress and patient medical history.


OPD Billing

OPD Billing / Collection Billing of all OPD patients with complete details of Patient Information, Services provided like Consultation, LABORATORY, X-ray, Ultrasound, Medicines, Procedures etc. along with Payment details.


IPD Billing

IPD Billing On-line billing of all IPD patients with details of Patient Information, Services provided on daily basis like Room rent, Operation, Delivery, Oxygen & Other Gases, Consultation, Nursing Charges, ELABORATORY tests, X-ray, Ultrasound, Medicines, Procedures etc.


Discharge Summary

After the discharge of a patient, discharge summary can be automatically generated by just pressing a few keys. Laboratory data can automatically be imported. Specialty wise standard format can be set.


Consultant Management

Tracking of consultant share for OPD /Indoor procedures. Option for defining consultant share based on procedures/department. Classifying visit of patient as new / existing for that consultant.

Complete pharmacy shop can be managed through this module.Supports multiple Pharmacy Outlets(IP, OP, OT). Additionally it can be linked to main billing. As patient collects medicines from pharmacy shop their charges will automatically transfered to patient billing.
